The FTM-Lite film
thickness gauges consists of a TranSpec Lite spectro-meter (at
bottom in the pictures), the HSL Lite halogen light source (at
top in the pictures), a bifurcated fiber optics cable with
probe holder and our FTM-ProVis Lite
