About us
Engineer's Office for Applied Spectroscopy was founded in 1994 by the owner and CEO, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thomas Fuchs. Our main business activities is film thickness measurement and plasma emission monitoring using our TranSpec spectrometers, which have been developed and are manufactured exclusively for our company. The office is located in Aalen, which is about 70 km (50 miles) in the east of Stuttgart in Germany:
