Hardware and Software Products

The following pages provide more detailed information on our hardware and software products for film thickness measurement and plasma emission monitoring:

FTM-Lite   Film Thickness Gauges for USB 2.0 Port
The new FTM-Lite VIS and FTM-Lite NIR film thickness instruments are designed especially for manually performed but even though high-precise measurements in the lab.

TranSpec-DSP   Photodiode Array Spectrometer
Our high-speed TranSpec-DSP Photodiode Array Spectrometers permit to measure up to 2,500 Spectra per Second,  loss-free at continuous scanning!
The TranSpec-DSP spectrometer is used especially for in-line film thickness measurement and plasma emission controlling.

HSL-2   Halogen Spectral Lamp
The HSL-2 halogen light source is a state-of-the-art 50 watt spectral lamp with an integrated shutter and an industry standard FSMA-coupler to connect optical fiber light guides. We use the HSL-2 halogen light source especially for film thickness measurement.

TranSpec 2000   Software for Plasma Emission Measurement
TranSpec 2000 is a convenient and easy-to-use spectrometry software running on Windows 2000/XP and has been designed for the capabilities of our TranSpec-DSP spectrometers. The software is suitable especially for  plasma emission monitoring.

FTM-ProVis 2000   Software for Film Thickness Measurement
Our film thickness software FTM-ProVis 2000 for Windows 2000/XP has been developed especially for in-line process control requirements. The software supports scanning bridges for fully automated measurements on web coating machines.

TranSpec++   C/C++ Programming  Library for TranSpec-DSP
For developing your own spectroscopy and photometry software applications with our TranSpec-DSP spectrometer running on Windows 2000/XP, we provide our powerful and easy-to-use C/C++ programming library TranSpec++.
